Pedro and Well Done Property Services provide us with excellent day
porter and steam cleaning services at several shopping centers that we
manage. They also are available whenever an emergency comes up (as
often does in this business!) and it seems they find a way to get just
about anything done that we ask, even if it is not in their normal
scope of work. We are extremely pleased with their services and would
